Over the last several years, RME began as a thought, "Could CPR training be done better? Taught more effectively?  In a way that bolsters retention of lifesaving skills?" But more importantly, can it be carried out  in a way that's both fun and enjoyable? The answer is "YES"! 

After years of attending many lackluster CPR classes and failed training programs, our owner knew CPR training could be done better by making a connection with class participants and creating "realistic scenarios," while still maintaining the integrity of the American Heart Association's standards. As a result, Rapid Med Ed was born! Since then, our small business has been active serving the medical-provider community, as well as, the public sector in areas such as schools, Scouts, church congregations, fitness organizations/gyms, and other community groups. It is our goal to become a "household name" in the CPR training industry, known for our compassion, fun, enthusiasm, and dedication to training in lifesaving skills.

Sean is a Physician Assistant in the greater St. Louis area, as well as, a former Paramedic with both ground and air-based experience.  As a PA, he has worked in Primary Care, Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, and is currently working in a Cardiothoracic ICU. His educational experience was developed and honed at St. Louis University while working as adjunct faculty for the PA program. He is a gifted teacher with an incredible love and appreciation for the heart! The evolution of RME has been a fulfilling way for Sean to bridge these two worlds together.  His patience, kindness, and encouraging words allow clients to feel at ease in the, often-times, anxiety-inducing environment that CPR evokes.  His ability to connect with individuals of all backgrounds and experience/in-experience set him apart from other training entities.
